Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Provider


Crimson Line uses The Courier Guy as our official delivery partner within South Africa. All
orders are dispatched via The Courier Guy’s reliable national courier network.


2. Delivery Areas


We currently ship nationwide within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer
international shipping at this time.


3. Processing Time


Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed
on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Delivery Timeframes


Estimated delivery times via The Courier Guy:
• Major Cities: 1–3 business days
• Regional / Outlying Areas: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or
unforeseen courier delays.


5. Shipping Fees


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. In some cases,
Crimson Line may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.


6. Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can
track your parcel directly on The Courier Guy’s website using this tracking number.


7. Delivery Responsibility


Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
Crimson Line is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information
provided by the customer.


8. Failed Deliveries


If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details,
additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery.


9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery. We will work with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue as quickly as
possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned or exchanged once opened
or worn.

 

We will only accept returns for socks if:

  • The item is unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • And found to be defective or damaged on delivery

  • If your socks arrive with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • An alternative size or item, or

  • Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

Refunds exclude original shipping costs

Please allow 5 –10 business days for processing once approved

 

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, Crimson Line will cover return shipping
