Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5 –10 business days after approval.
Delivery times depend on your location and order type excluding weekends and public holidays. In-stock items: typically 3 – 5 business days Pre-orders or limited drops: delivery timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
Yes, we ship nationwide within South Africa. International shipping may be introduced at a later stage.
Limited drops are produced in restricted quantities and may not be restocked. Items marked as Final Sale or Limited Drop are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
